Kevin...

I have been on this psychology journey & experience for over 30 years.

I have coached both female & male athletes over these years (YMCA® leagues, Jr Pro NBA®, Little League®, High School & AAU® environments) emphasizing that the fundamentals are the foundation for growth, competition and success(note: winning is not the only success in competitions).

“If you are fundamentally strong then winning will take care of itself! success will follow, success will come!”

I have started both businesses and organizations from conception that grew to became very fruitful,

Also, I have taken over companies that grew to became successes. an analogy of : the dog with fleas and made them into pedigrees!

And my approach in both areas was to understand the psychology of performance and competition.

My life have taught me, shown me and demonstrated to me the power of thoughts(the mind) and  psychology performance in competitive environments!

I have been called both Coach & Counselor over those years…
